Mary-Jane Downie brings her experience in Local Small Business
and familiarity to the Leduc area to Coldwell Baker – Haida Realty. Prior to
joining the Haida Realty Team she has plenty of varied experience ranging from
being a mom to 4 active kids, a small business owner/operator and serving on
several local non-profit boards in the community. As a parent and human
resources professional, she learned how to be patient, detail oriented,
proactive and a strong advocate for everyone around her. Her problem solving skills and knack for
negotiation are her greatest assets as a Real Estate Agent.

Mary-Jane understands that buying and selling real estate can be

Mary-Jane has lived in the Leduc area for a combined total of
over 20 years and has seen first-hand the changes the area has been
through. Her extensive knowledge of the
small city will benefit anyone she works with.
She recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and
working in Leduc and outlying areas.

When not assisting clients, Mary-Jane enjoys spending time with
her husband Brian and their children.
They enjoy watching their kid’s sports teams and trips to the Kootenays
and also just relaxing around a backyard firepit.
