Arminy helped me with the purchase of my new home. We initially started searching in May, and hit some road blocks so had to hold off on the search. We resumed my search in September, and Arminy was able to help me acquire the perfect home! We looked at many different homes, and through looking at the different options we were able to better determine exactly what I was looking for. When we would view homes, she was very detail oriented and helpful in pointing out things that might be an issue on inspection, as well provide tips on how to make the best use of a space. As a (quite anxious) first time home buyer, Kealy Crossley was tremendously reassuring, guiding me through the home purchase process with empathy, consideration for my needs, and professionalism. She was available on short notice for viewings, and whenever I had questions or concerns. She also brings knowledge and experience of home renovations into her work as a realtor, which is helpful. One awareness I would suggest is that she be aware that, on the mortgage end of things, home purchasers are obligated to purchase home insurance, and it would probably be better not to finalize the sale until home insurance is secured, as some insurance companies may have their own expectations about renovations that they want completed as a condition of taking out a policy with them, and this can bring the unsuspecting home purchaser some costly surprises. That being said, Kealy came to my rescue with an excellent recommendation for an alternate home insurance company that was more flexible and actually saved me money in the end. If you are looking to purchase a new home, I highly recommend Kealy Crossley. My whole family enjoyed her personal, engaging and kindly manner.
